Scrum is relatively easy to implement, solving many problems, such as flexible planning, complex implementation cycles, delays in product production.

The basic principle of flexible methodologies for project work is that the main priority is to deliver the value that the client wants.

Development team – can be composed of Developers, QA, marketing experts, analysts, designers, etc., who have full competence to carry out the work on the project and this autonomy should not be violated.

They choose how best to do the job without being guided by an out-of-team person like a Project Manager. The goal of no additional roles is to stimulate creativity, flexibility, and productivity of the team.
