Why can we integrate Scrum into our company?

How will Scrum improve our business as a whole?
Using Scrum in project management allows you to achieve fast results, reduce the risk of loss of time and resources, create an effective environment for teamwork and good communication with the company’s management, and maximize feedback from the client, especially when the initial requirements are not very clear. Scrum is relatively easy to implement, solving many problems, such as flexible planning, complex implementation cycles, delays in product production.
Through Scrum, companies can tackle complex adaptive problems while offering products of the highest possible value, through the use of multifunctional, self-organizing teams of no more than 7 people.
The framework provides management roles, meetings, rules, and artifacts. It uses iterations of a certain length (1 to 4 weeks) called “sprints”, and the team tries to provide a potentially working product at the end of each sprint. If we visualize a cake, then on each sprint we can cut a whole piece made up of all the layers, try it, and give feedback.
Scrum improves the overall work environment in the organization. At the HR level, an organizational culture of openness, clarity, and teamwork is created.
At the level of Finance – minimizes the risk of marriage, loss of resources, time, and development of products that can not be applied to the market due to changed requirements.

Do I have to expect any unexpected problems or costs?
Scrum is a change of mindset, based on values such as focus, transparency, respect, dedication, courage. And this is the biggest challenge for companies because the way of thinking is the most difficult to change.
The basic principle of flexible methodologies for project work is that the main priority is to deliver the value that the client wants.
This requires that everyone in the organization be aware of and agree with the global mission and vision. And every single person.
There must be a clear idea of business priorities, how they are formed, based on what data, with what methodologies, how to get this data and results.
Access to the client – how many people have real access to the client, what methods are used to get to know him, to understand his real needs.
For the early and constant delivery of the product, to be aware of how long the customer has asked for something and received it. Why is there no project manager in the Scrum team?
Scrum has several main areas – team, artifacts, events.

He has strictly defined roles in Scrum – Scrum Master, Project owner, Development Team.
The lack of a Project Manager is based on the fact that any form of addiction would be toxic.

Product Owner is the person with the idea, vision, and dream. The man, not the commission. He is responsible for the whole process, not only for control over the result but also over the added value.
It captures everything – processes, teams, products, product functions, and all possible workflows, and makes it as balanced as possible, in balance. The Scrum Master is the facilitator or coach who supports the team

Development team – can be composed of Developers, QA, marketing experts, analysts, designers, etc., who have full competence to carry out the work on the project and this autonomy should not be violated.
They choose how best to do the job without being guided by an out-of-team person like a Project Manager. The goal of no additional roles is to stimulate creativity, flexibility, and productivity of the team.
